Lipoedeem is een chronische aandoening die wordt veroorzaakt door abnormale vetophoping, voornamelijk in de benen en soms in de armen, wat leidt tot zwelling, ongemak/pijn en verminderde mobiliteit. Het treft vooral vrouwen en wordt vaak verkeerd gediagnosticeerd als obesitas of lymfoedeem. Hoewel de exacte oorzaak onbekend is, wordt gedacht dat hormonale factoren en genetica een rol spelen.

What a wonderful experience! Not only the massage techniques that are applied, but also the connection with Rachel, the pleasant space and her warm welcome and extensive explanation.
